PPHE Hotel Group is set to join the FTSE 250 from 24 June.
The FTSE 250 is a list of the 101st to the 350th largest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.

This is the culmination of much recent corporate activity which has been focused on engaging with a wider potential investor base and improving liquidity. We look forward to continuing to widen our existing strong investor base in the years ahead."
PPHE joins Millennium & Copthorne hotel group on the FTSE 250, while InterContinental Hotels Group and Whitbread are listed in the FTSE 100.
PPHE's portfolio includes nine Park Plaza-branded hotels in London, Leeds, Cardiff and Nottingham, the group's first boutique Holmes-branded hotel in London's Marylebone which opened last month, and two art'otel properties under development in London's Battersea and Hoxton (pictured), with the latter set to open in 2023.
