The first sneak peek inside the rooms of the One Hundred Shoreditch hotel has been revealed alongside its food and drink line-up ahead of its opening in February 2022.
The former Ace hotel is being relaunched by Lore Group, which also operates hotels including Sea Containers London. It will feature three bars, a restaurant, coffee shop and takeaway hatch.
Award-winning bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan, will open a bar named Seed Library in the basement, which will use “heritage ingredients” to serve new takes on well-known cocktails, alongside beers and wine.
Upstairs, chef Tom Moore will oversee all-day restaurant Goddard & Gibbs. Inspired by English fishing villages, its menu will focus on British seafood with a mix of “crowd pleasing classics” such as fish and chips and an extensive raw bar.
The Wine Bar will sit at the front of the restaurant, overlooking Shoreditch High Street, serving sharing plates, while The Hatch will offer takeaway dishes inspired by childhood trips to the seaside.
The Rooftop bar will be decorated with foliage and pink marble accents, serving Champagne, sparkling wines, cocktails and spritzes, while a separate Lobby Bar will offer pizzas and drinks.
Images showing the redesign of the hotel’s 258 bedrooms and suites have been released.
The rooms will feature neutral colours and abstract art, while the suites are furnished with a mix of bespoke and vintage furniture.
Five meeting and events spaces will be available for private dining, receptions, and weddings.
Mark Jonathan Heyburn, hotel manager, said: “The team and I can’t wait to start welcoming guests in February and showcasing the hotel to our neighbours and community.”
One Hundred Shoreditch is running an opening offer on rooms, which can be booked from £175.
