Indo-Chinese concept Oodles will launch in the Merrion Centre, Leeds, in August.
The site in the city's Arena Quarter marks the first Oodles expansion into Yorkshire. It is expected to capitalise on the growth of student accommodation in the area.
The Midlands-based fast-food casual dining brand will join My Thai, Bengal Brasserie and the recently opened Blue Sakura as part of an expanding portfolio of international food and drinks offerings in the centre.
Brand manager Abid Mahmood said: "We are thrilled to introduce the people of Yorkshire to our concept. We chose the Merrion Centre due to its prime location near the university, city centre offices and the First Direct Arena.
"We are also excited by the ongoing influx of additional student accommodation being built within the immediate vicinity and look forward to adding to our army of loyal fans across the UK."
Helen Green, associate director for TCS, which owns the Merrion, added: "We're resolutely committed to expanding the variety of international food and drink options available at the Merrion Centre.
"Oodles Chinese is an exciting and growing brand and it has a strong reputation of amazing tasting and authentic food. We are thrilled it has chosen the Merrion Centre for the opening of its first restaurant in Yorkshire."
