Loungers has accelerated its site rollout, with an opening every 10 days so far this year.
The operator of the Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside brands bolstered its senior leadership team earlier this month, with three new appointments made to support the continued growth of the business.
Since the start of 2024, the group has opened new Lounges in Bromsgrove, Chepstow, Macclesfield, Westwood Cross, Bracknell, Ilkley, Sidcup and Yeovil.
Each site equates to a £1m investment into the local high street with an average of 30 new job opportunities, the group said.
Alex Reilley, chairman and co-founder of Loungers, said: “With a new site opening every 10 days so far this year across a wide variety of locations in the UK, Loungers continues to go from strength to strength with a fantastic pipeline ahead. We still firmly believe that there is scope for over 600 Lounges, and are more excited than ever about the future of this business.”
The group reiterated it is on track to open 34 new sites in the current financial year.
Loungers owns and operates 35 Cosy Clubs, 219 Lounges and three Brightsides across the UK.
