The farm features seven ensuite bedrooms, a pool, gym and sauna, as well as a number of dining options and wellness activities.
Kirk and Keeley Haworth have launched the Plates Farm and Retreat in the south of France, four months after opening Plates in London.
In July, the siblings launched a permanent iteration of Plates, which previously operated within the ‘Untitled’ bar in London’s Dalston.
The new Plates had sold out of its first three months of table bookings when they were released in April.
The restaurant has become known for its unique take on plant-based cuisine, which is being spearheaded by Great British Menu Champion of Champions and 2023 Menu of the Year Catey winner Kirk.
The Farm and Retreat, which is equidistant to both Bordeaux and Toulouse, is available to book from May through to September 2025, starting today (8 November) at midday.
Kirk and his team will also be developing new dishes that will later appear at the London restaurant on site, paying homage to some of the classical French techniques that he learnt at the French Laundry in California and with Phil Howard at the Square in Mayfair.
Guests are offered four night retreats, while the farm features seven ensuite bedrooms, a pool, gym and sauna, as well as a number of dining options and wellness activities.
The farm’s barn has been converted into a kitchen, where guests and chefs can cook alongside each other.
Keeley was also heavily involved in renovating the Plates Farm in partnership with London-based design studio Design & That.
The Haworths said: “We are so pleased to announce the launch of the Farm and Retreat, offering a new type of Plates experience deep in nature. Designed to encourage people to slow down and unwind, the retreat programmes will be centred around our passions: Nature, Creativity and of course Cuisine.”
Four night retreat packages start from £1,000 per person, based on two people sharing a room and including all activities, half board and one dining banquet.
