Ten out of the 40 Saira Hospitality graduates will be retained within the wider Newman team.
Kinsfolk & Co has partnered with non-profit organisation Saira Hospitality to offer a pop-up hospitality school at its upcoming Newman hotel in London.
Saira Hospitality sources and trains individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who largely have no experience of the industry with local hotels, such as the 97-bedroom Town Hall Hotel & Apartments in Bethnal Green and the 227-bedroom Hoxton in Shepherd’s Bush.
As part of the pop-up school programme with Kinsfolk & Co, 10 out of the 40 Saira Hospitality graduates will be retained within the wider Newman team.
It comes as the international hospitality brand founded by former Beaumont managing director Paul Brackley and its director of people and culture, Ninoska Leppard, launch the blueprint for Kinsfolk & Co’s people-first culture, REAL People.
REAL People stands for Responsible, Energised, Approachable and Local, forming the basis of Kinsfolk & Co’s values.
Hospitality start-up Kinsfolk & Co was launched in May 2023 and will be opening its first hotel in London’s Fitzrovia this summer.
