Kew Green Hotels has acquired the lease of Hotel Brooklyn Manchester and Hotel Brooklyn Leicester with plans to turn both properties into Voco hotels by mid-2024.
Kew Green Hotels completed the acquisition for an undisclosed sum, signing a franchise agreement with IHG to turn both properties into Voco hotels.

Hotel Brooklyn Manchester and Hotel Brooklyn Leicester were part of the Bespoke Hotels group founded in 2000 by Haydn Fentum and Robin Sheppard.
The 189-bedroom Manchester hotel has won numerous awards for being one of the UK’s most accessible hotels, including a Catey award in 2021. While the 191-bedroom Leicester property has also been recognised for its commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.
