The Cornish hotel relaunched last year following a multimillion-pound refurbishment.
Luxury Family Hotels has promoted Kasia Elliott to general manager at its flagship Fowey Hall hotel in Cornwall.
It is the first general manager role for Elliott, who joins from a role as deputy general manager at sister hotel Wooley Grange in Bath.
She has spent more than eight years at Luxury Family Hotels, having joined as supervisor at Wooley Grange in 2016.
Elliott replaces Pim Wolfs, who joined Fowey Hall in May from a role at the Bowood hotel, spa and golf resort in Wiltshire.
Fowey Hall relaunched last year following a multimillion-pound refurbishment and was shortlisted for Hotel of the Year – Group at the 2024 Cateys.
Adam Dyke, group operations director at Luxury Family Hotels, said: “Over the past eight years, Kasia has demonstrated exceptional dedication, rising through the ranks thanks to her hard work and leadership qualities.
“We’re excited to see the hotel continue to thrive and evolve under her guidance."
Elliott said: “It is a privilege to lead the flagship hotel of Luxury Family Hotels, and I am excited to begin this new chapter alongside the exceptional team at Fowey Hall, continuing to build on the strong reputation the hotel has established.”
Luxury Family Hotels was founded in 1988 and operates five properties across southern England, including Moonfleet Manor in Dorset and New Park Manor in the New Forest.
Fowey Hall won the Front of House Team of the Year award at the 2022 Hotel Cateys.
