The Caterer’s 2024 Sustainability Summit will explore how hospitality operators can use science-based strategies to build a greener business and drive growth.  

Experts including Sue Williams, former general manager of Whatley Manor and founder of Positive Hospitality Ltd, will share their practical tips for businesses.
