The Grove of Narberth hotel in Pembrokeshire has announced the appointment of Thomas Agius Ferrante as general manager.
He will join the 26-bedroom, four-red-AA-star property in February, replacing Louise Lewis who was promoted into a business development leadership role in the Seren Collection's new travel business Routescape in August.
Ferrante will also sit on the management board for the Seren Collection which includes Grove of Narberth, Coast Restaurant in Saundersfoot and Beach House Restaurant in Oxwich.His last role was hotel manager at the Phoenicia in Malta.
He has also held senior management roles at One Aldwych and the Berkeley in London, where he spent seven as the food and beverage operations manager.
