Hospitality 2007 is on its way and as the Birmingham NEC prepares to open its doors to a projected 14,000 visitors, the crowds can expect plenty to keep them busy between 22 and 24 January.
The Salon Culinaire will see chefs from Gleneagles hotel, Auchterarder, Claridge's in London and the Michelin-starred Simpson's restaurant in Birmingham battle it out in La Parade des Chefs with their three-course lunches served in the show's fine dining restaurant, while the Live Theatre will be crammed with timed cooking competitions and the Salon Display looks set to amaze and inspire with creative artistic works in food.
Add to that the speciality food and drink in the Pavilion, the expert advice at Careers in Hospitality, the technological wizardry on show in the Hostec Marketplace, and much much more, and you can see why Hospitality is the biggest show in Europe for the hospitality and foodservice industry in 2007.
