Caterer Green & Fortune raised £84,000 at its annual St Patrick’s Lunch, taking the total donated to charitable causes since its inception to £272,000
Green & Fortune has raised £84,000 at its annual St Patrick’s Lunch at Kings Place in London.
The caterer hosted more than 230 guests, who enjoyed a lunch followed by a live auction and a sing-along with London Irish rockers The Craicheads.
Hospitality operators had donated prizes for the raffle and the auction, with prizes including hospitality tickets for Oasis at Wembley, overnight stays at top hotels and a box at Ascot.
The proceeds of the fundraising, along with 50% of the ticket sales, were donated to Hospitality Action and the London Irish Centre, with a total of £84,000 split between the two charities.
The figure surpassed the £70,000 raised in 2024 and brings the overall amount donated to charitable causes since the event’s inception in 2019 to £272,000.
Green & Fortune chief executive John Nugent said: “This lunch is about more than just fundraising – it’s about bringing people together, celebrating our community, and making a real difference. The generosity of our guests and supporters continues to inspire us, and we are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.”
