Both chefs will be serving their Michelin-starred cuisine across Fulham’s first-floor restaurant, the Gourmet, from the start of the next football season
Chefs Alex Dilling and Oli Marlow have joined Fulham FC ahead of the launch of the Riverside development this summer.
Dilling is executive chef at the two-Michelin-starred Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal, while Marlow - a life-long Fulham fan - has overseen the Michelin-starred Aulis in London and Phuket and Roganic Hong Kong..
They will be serving their Michelin-starred cuisine across Fulham’s first-floor restaurant, the Gourmet, from the start of the next football season.
Dilling said: “When it comes to food, I’ve always aimed for the top, so joining Fulham, a club that strives for excellence both on and off the pitch, feels like a perfect match. Fulham is putting something truly special on the table, both in the Premier League and in the kitchen, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s as ambitious about their food as they are their football.”
Marlow added: “As a lifelong Fulham fan, it’s an absolute honour to become part of this incredible family football club. I’m excited to contribute to enhancing the match-day experience for fans, and I’m committed to achieving just as much success off the pitch as the team delivers on it. I look forward to sharing my passion for great food and hospitality with the Fulham community.”
Elliot Machin, head of sales and hospitality operations at Fulham FC, added: “London is one of the most competitive sports hospitality markets in the world, and our vision for the Riverside is to deliver something truly exceptional. We require an elite roster of chefs to take on the competition and, with these signings, we’ve acquired a winning culinary team.”
Once complete, the Riverside will enable Fulham FC to quadruple the number of premium members, offering facilities such as the Gourmet, Thames Bar and Sky Deck.
The Fulham Riverside members’ club also welcomed former MasterChef: The Professionals finalist Philli Armitage-Mattin as chef partner last month.
