Chef Emily Scott to sell St Tudy Inn in Cornwall

Chef Emily Scott has announced plans to sell the St Tudy Inn restaurant with rooms in Cornwall.

Scott, who used to run the Harbour restaurant in Port Isaac until she sold it to Nathan Outlaw in 2013, had taken over the St Tudy Inn in 2015.

Announcing the news on social media, she said: "A new chapter ahead for me so I have made the decision to put the wonderful St Tudy Inn on the market for sale. Such a great opportunity for someone."

The leasehold of the property is being offered free-of-tie with a listed price of £99,950, through Stonesmith.

It has four en-suite letting rooms as well as five bedrooms, used as owner's accommodation.

Scott has taken up a three-month residency at the former Jamie Oliver Fifteen Cornwall site before it is turned into suites for the Watergate Bay hotel later this year.
