The caterer has worked with some of its Livery clients for more than 20 years
Company of Cooks has extended its partnership with all the Livery clients in its portfolio, securing over £18m in retained business in the City of London.
The deals, which range from three to five years, will see the caterer continue to manage and deliver events at Brewers’ Hall, Coopers’ Hall, Goldsmiths’ Hall (pictured), Ironmongers’ Hall and Plaisterers’ Hall.
Company of Cooks has worked with some of its Livery clients for more than 20 years and said the venues had “in many cases exceeded targets and expectations”.
It said the contracts were retained partly due to the specialist knowledge of its teams and understanding of the heritage of the halls.
Rob Fredrickson, Company of Cooks’ managing director, said: “Extending our partnerships with our Livery clients gives us the privilege and opportunity to continue to bring our craft and creativity to these unique spaces in the City.
“This sector is steeped in history and tradition, but its innate ability to adapt and evolve has enabled it to remain relevant and continue to grow in the modern world. We look forward to evolving together as we continue to attract a broader audience and drive revenues."
The original Company of Cooks catering business was founded in 1996 and was acquired by CH&Co in 2019.
Its portfolio includes the Royal Opera House, RHS Garden Wisley and the Historic Royal Palaces.
