Events and hospitality group Camm & Hooper is to open its fifth venue in London in January 2017.
Six Storeys at 11 Soho Square in Soho will have a soft launch in December 2016. Billed as a private members' club without the fees, the venue will function as a bar and restaurant open from early until late each day, that will also be available for private hire either of the whole building or in part.
As its name suggests, Six Storeys will offer distinct zones across each floor: the Lobby Bar the Parlour; the Lounge; the Decantery; the Study; and the Loft.
Food and drink will be served throughout each of the areas, with typical breakfast options including overnight infused oat jar with berries, apples and raisins and English muffins toasted at the table. On the day and evening menu are dishes such as: carved flat iron chicken; confit lamb; twice baked soufflés with sloe gin jelly; and peanut butter and chocolate pudding.
Six Storeys also aims to offer unique cocktails including 72-hour fig or apple pie infused Martinis. or a savoury, venison and truffle gin cup.
Launched in August 2012, Camm and Hooper is the latest events company financed by the Imbiba Partnership, whose current investments include London-based bar group Drake & Morgan and Darwin and Wallace.
Other venues include the Banking Hall in the City of London, the Victorian Bathhouse and Courtyard in Bishopsgate Churchyard, and the Tanner Warehouse in Bermondsey.
