Events management company Camm & Hooper has acquired the venue 26 Leake Street, which resides in three renovated railway arches in London’s Waterloo.
It comes after Camm & Hooper revealed it is amid a period of “ongoing growth”, having secured Platform, a 35,000 sq ft space in Glasgow, last November.
26 Leake Street is an 11,000 sq ft space that has previously held drinks receptions, music events, corporate functions and fashion shows for brands such as Smirnoff, Amazon, Fendi and Adidas.
The venue can host up to 1,200 standing guests or 450 seated banquet diners.
Camm & Hooper will officially launch 26 Leake Street with an event on 18 January, which is set to feature street food, cocktails and graffiti art.
The event company has a portfolio of seven sites, which includes Tanner Warehouse in London’s Bermondsey, Jeru Mayfair and Platform Glasgow, and has committed to acquiring additional venues in Scotland, Manchester and Leeds.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
