Applications are now open to take part in the BBC’s latest series of MasterChef: The Professionals.
The contest is judged by chefs Marcus Wareing and Anna Haugh, with Gregg Wallace presenting. Entrants must be professional chefs aged 20 or over, have the right to live and work in the UK and have worked for at least two years as a chef in a professional kitchen and/or have an NVQ Level 3 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent.
Previous participants have included Gary Maclean, William Chilila, Adam Handling and Elly Wentworth, with Nikita Pathakji crowned winner of the most recent series last month.
