Conveyor belt chain Yo! Sushi is set to open a flagship London restaurant on Tottenham Court Road site.
Yo! Sushi bought the existing lease from Ca'Puccino for the 1,900 sq ft, 70-cover ground floor restaurant. Due to open at the end of summer, the restaurant will feature the brand's new format and latest branding, launched earlier this year in New York.
The brand launched a new pop-up street food and sushi concept at Boxpark in Croydon earlier this year, and has also been shortlisted in two categories for the Caterer.com People Awards, taking place at the Park Plaza Westminster, London on 5 October.
Shelley Sandzer acted for Ca'Puccino.
Leo Feldman, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: "We're pleased to have sold Ca'Puccino's lease on to Yo! Sushi, who will be a great addition to the constantly improving food offer in Tottenham Court Road."
