Wilson Vale has chalked up a one-year catering contract with Herne Hill School in south London.
The deal at the UK's largest standalone independent pre-school and pre-prep school for two- to seven-year-olds is worth £250,000 in annual turnover.
A team of five Wilson Vale staff will cater for 250 children and 55 staff, as well as offering a breakfast club service, an after-school offer and hospitality catering. It will provide a ‘family service' lunch for kindergarten and pre-reception children in their classrooms, as well as a full-lunch service in the dining hall for older children.
Wilson Vale co-founder Andrew Wilson said: "This is a particularly special gain for Wilson Vale as it is our first London school. When working with young customers, our goal is always to nurture a lifelong love of good food and to provide a level of care and passion, and we know that we are absolutely at one with the school's ethos on this.
"Providing a balanced nutritious meal is really important, especially for young children who are learning and growing. All of our food is wholesome and healthy, and we follow the principles of using fresh quality raw ingredients, adding no preservatives, salt or additives."
Dominik Magyar, director of Herne Hill School, added: "We aim for excellence in all of our provision for the children in their most important formative years. This includes not only a varied, healthy and tasty food offering based on fresh produce across the seasons but also making nutrition and food even more central to the children's educational experience at Herne Hill School."
Wilson Vale has a portfolio of 95 clients. Its annual turnover is forecast to be £33m for year-end December 2018.
