Whatley Manor appoints Andreas Rosendal as food and beverage manager

Whatley Manor has announced the appointment of Andreas Rosendal as food and beverage manager.

Rosendal, previously wine director at Flemings Mayfair hotel, has more than 15-years' experience as a sommelier and wine buyer.

He will have responsibility for the hotel's Michelin-starred the Dining Room, Grey's Brasserie, afternoon tea, room service, breakfast and the recently launched Green Room, working with executive chef Niall Keating.

General manager Sue Williams said: "It's a wonderful moment when such an experienced and professional gentleman agrees to join your team.

"Andreas brings with him a wealth of experience that spans five-star hotels and very fine restaurants. His arrival gives us an opportunity to continue to raise the bar on all our service points - we are very excited about this next chapter for Whatley."
