East Coast Concepts is set to open its third Victors restaurant and bar in Alderley Edge later this year.
The £1.2m, 2,450 sq ft Cheshire site will replace the Alchemist bar, as the group is shifting its focus to acquire new bar and restaurant sites in metropolitan areas.
Victors offers modern American small plates to share, including black cod, lobster tacos and lamb cutlets. It opened its first venue in Hale, near Altrincham, Cheshire in 2014, with an additional site launched in Oxford earlier this year.
East Coast Concepts, which also runs the Neighbourhood brand, was backed by private equity firm NorthEdge Capital in 2016 to support its nationwide roll out.
The group was established by entrepreneur James Hitchen, who took inspiration from New York's dining district. Once Alderley Edge is open, East Coast Concepts will employ 335 staff across its six UK sites.
Chief executive Hitchen said: "Alderley Edge is a natural step for us, we believe the brand will both be a great fit for the area and prove to be a worthy addition to the vibrant food and beverage offer in the village."
