Vegetarian restaurant Tibits is to launch its second London site, this time in Southwark Street, later this month.
The original Tibits opened in Heddon Street in Mayfair 17 years ago and the new 120-cover site will boast a new urban style interior and a new summer menu.
The Tibits group has nine restaurants in Switzerland, the home country of founders Reto, Christian and Daniel Frei, in addition to their Mayfair site.
Reto Frei said: "In the 17 years since Tibits opened its first restaurant in London we have seen the business develop and evolve into the successful restaurant business it is today. We are thrilled to see Tibits expand in the UK, while maintaining our current reputation as a leading vegetarian restaurant, we hope to encourage even more people to choose plant-based food."
