Italian restaurant group Vapiano has announced it will double its London presence to six sites in 2018.
The first opening will be in the redeveloped Centre Point, in Tottenham Court Road, followed by venues in Canary Wharf and Tower Bridge.
The openings will take the number of Vapiano sites in the UK to nine, employing 600 staff.
The 1,000 sq ft Centre Point restaurant will cater for about 280 covers and include a terrace facing on to Centre Point Square.
The 311 cover, 9,000 sq ft Vapiano Tower Bridge, in Berkeley's One Tower Bridge development, will open this summer.
The 8,300 sq ft Canary Wharf restaurant, in Cabot Square, will cater for 284 covers across two levels and will open in August 2018.
Vapiano managing director Phil Sermon said, "We are incredibly proud to have secured these three impressive new sites, which underlines our strategy to both open in high profile, high footfall locations and continue to grow our exceptional business within the UK. Whilst we are announcing these three now, we expect to announce more in the next few months."
