Two bars in Yorkshire are up for sale after the companies running both of them collapsed into administration.
The Lounge Bar and Grill in Merrion Street, Leeds and in Market Place, Driffield both entered administration at the end of last year.
Julian Pitts and Kirstie Provan of Begbies Traynor were appointed to deal with the two businesses until they are sold.
The Lounge Bar and Grill in Leeds continues to operate and all the staff have been retained. It is owned by The Lounge (Leeds) Limited and sits close to the new Leeds Arena which is due to open later this year.
The Lounge in Driffield, which is owned by The Lounge (Driffield) & Hooters Limited, traded over Christmas and the New Year but has now closed with a re-opening envisaged for the next few weeks.
Both properties are on the market with Christie + Co.
