Four London chefs will come together to cook at Angler in London Moorgate on 7 August in order to raise funds for industry charity Hospitality Action.
Angler's executive chef Gary Foulkes will prepare one dish, as will Chelsea-based Elystan Street's chef-patron Phil Howard, the Typing Room in Patriot Square's executive chef Lee Westcott and Ben Marks, chef-patron of Perilla in Newington Green.
The dinner will take place at Angler which is located on the South Place Hotel's rooftop. It will start with champagne and canapés on the open-air roof terrace. Guests will then move to the dining room to enjoy a menu which will have a focus on British seafood.
The evening will draw to a close following a charity auction in aid of Hospitality Action. Celebrations will then continue in the hotelâs 3 Bar.
Tickets will go on sale in mid-July at £80 per person, via Designmynight.com.
