Tom Sellers’ two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in London’s Bermondsey is set to reopen on 12 January 2024.
The restaurant closed in February this year for an extensive refurbishment, including the construction of an outdoor balcony on the upper level and an intimate lounge area seating up to eight guests.
An open kitchen surrounded by a large table for 14 diners has also been added.
During the closure, the chef launched two new projects: Story Cellar in London’s Covent Garden and Dovetale in 1 Hotel Mayfair.
Tom Sellers had worked for Noma in Copenhagen and Trinity in London’s Clapham prior to opening Restaurant Story in April 2013 in a former Victorian public toilet block.
