Chef Tom Griffiths has announced he will be opening his first brick and mortar site in East London.
Griffiths launched Flank, a Brighton pop-up, in 2015. The concept utilised nose-to-tail cooking and took pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients.
Flank is now set to open a permanent restaurant on 9 October. More details are yet to be announced.
However three months later, he departed the restaurant ahead of its opening. A spokesperson said Griffiths and Pascereâs owners decided that âthe partnership isnât quite the right fit for this venture.â
