All the restaurant and hotel openings from this week's issue

Lake Cabin at Lime Wood
The latest addition to the five-red-AA-star Lime Wood hotel, located in the heart of the New Forest in Hampshire, is a quirky, wood-clad suite that appears to float over the property's miniature lake.

The double-height cabin has been designed by Robin Hutson, chairman and chief executive of the Lime Wood Group, and his wife Judy, and is made from reclaimed wood, with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and views across the grounds and neighbouring fields. It is aimed at couples who would prefer to stay in a secluded spot away from the main hotel.

The bedroom features a cocktail bar, art deco-style tiling on the floor and a terrace overlooking the lake, with a log burner and silver roll-top bath. A second bath, alongside a shower for two, is found inside.
