The Real Greek to open at Bristol's Cabot Circus

Mediterranean casual dining brand the Real Greek is set to open its 15th site in Bristol this winter.

Having opened one of its first restaurants outside of London at Westquay, Southampton in 2016, the Real Greek is continuing its regional expansion with a 2,300 sq ft restaurant in the Cabot Circus shopping centre.

The Real Greek brand is operated by Fulham Shore, and there are plans to open more restaurants in 2018. However, the company warned of a slowdown in revenue growth last month and higher costs to support its increased level of operations, especially at the Real Greek, although it does not intend to raise menu prices in the short term.

Sarah Fox, head of restaurants and leisure at Hammerson, which co-owns the Cabot Circus shopping centre, said: "We are delighted to welcome the Real Greek's first restaurant in Bristol to Cabot Circus, where it will complement and enhance the growing and diverse catering mix at the centre with its distinct cuisine."
