The Caterer is launching its inaugural People Awards and Conference, a new event to recognise those demonstrating excellence in employee leadership across the hospitality industry.
Brought to you by the organisers of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality awards and the People Summit, the event will promote excellence in HR and celebrate those leading the way in people practices within UK hospitality.
Taking place at One Moorgate Place on 5 November, the new People Awards and Conference will kick off with a half-day conference covering the latest in employee engagement and retention as well as sharing case studies and strategic advice to take your company culture and people practices to the next level.
Following the expert speakers at the conference, the awards ceremony will recognise individuals who are striving to drive change in their businesses, with 12 categories including the likes of:
