Ninnja Bayram has been appointed hotel manager of the Berkeley in London’s Knightsbridge.
She joined the hotel in 2019 as director of rooms, managing the development of new room designs and the growth of the Berkeley’s Bamford Wellness Spa.
Bayram started her career in hospitality as a receptionist at the InterContinental Hotels Group on Park Lane. She also spent six and a half years at the Dorchester, rising to the role of front of house manager.
At the Berkeley, Bayram will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, including the recently opened Cedric Grolet at the Berkeley patisserie.
Knut Wylde, general manager of the Berkeley, said: “I am delighted to have Ninnja by my side as a trusted colleague. She truly captures and embodies The Berkeley’s unique and innovative spirit and I’m excited to see what new ideas she brings to the team.”
The Berkeley hotel also features the Michelin-starred Marcus restaurant by Marcus Wareing, Prêt-à-Portea, Cedric Grolet, the Blue Bar and the Berkeley Bar & Terrace.
