The Roux family is to provide fine-dining at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium, after signing a deal with Levy Restaurants UK and the football club.
The 61,000 capacity venue is set to open next year. Menus will be designed and service delivery for premium guests provided by the Rouxs within the stadium's On Four lounges and suites, on level four of the venue.
Grandfather, son and granddaughter, Albert, Michel Jr or Emily, will personally overseeing the service delivery and engage with guests at 12 Tottenham Hotspur matches per season. At other matches, the menus will be created by guest chefs to be announced.
On Four will include a flagship restaurant and lounge, the H Club, with members and guests able to select from five different dining experiences, including fine dining, an informal brasserie-style experience, the opportunity to dine at the chef's table, informal bar food or a players' table experience where guests can dine alongside former Tottenham Hotspur players.
Also available will be super suites that can be customised and loges offering the intimacy of a private dining experience with access to a members' lounge bar for networking.
Levy Restaurants UK is the sports, leisure and hospitality catering sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland. It announced it had been awarded the 10-year contract to be the official catering partner for Tottenham Hotspur earlier this year, with the deal estimated to be worth around £50m.
Andy O'Sullivan, director of hospitality, Tottenham Hotspur, said: "We are delighted to be working with Levy Restaurants to bring the Roux family on board to further enhance the first class premium offering we will be making at our new stadium. Our range of premium packages will redefine hospitality within sport and make a Tottenham Hotspur match one of the most sought-after experiences in the capital."
Michel Roux Jr said: "This is the first time we have partnered with a sports stadium and it is marvellous that we will be involved in such an iconic new venue. We have already been involved in the design of the kitchens within the new stadium and look forward to developing our menus for guests to enjoy in the H Club, super suites and loge On Four."
