- Important interview with Archna Tharani, board member at AllergyUK, on how she manages day-to-day risks for her two children with allergies. Leigh George from AllergyUK hosted a session on staff training for allergy awareness.
- In a practical session, industry experts discussed how ingredient information is passed through the food supply chain – from suppliers to kitchen, on to packaging easily understood for the consumer. Featuring Stephen Nolan and Clare Stead from Nutritics, Ben Toft from Peak-Ryzex and others, this session was full of information about the different solutions available to support compliance with Natasha’s Law.
