Society of Golden Keys' Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Ronnie McDowell

The concierge at the London's Royal National hotel for 35 years was honoured with the Society of Golden Keys' Lifetime Achievement Award this evening.

He was among six award winners at the 13th annual MVP Golden Keys Concierge Awards event held at the Principal London hotel.

Speeches were heard from Madeleine Calon, first female president of the Society of the Golden Keys GB; Stewart Dymock, publishing director at MVP; and Paul Walters, general manager of the Principal London.
