The Michelin-starred chef is set to take part in an interview about his growing portfolio of restaurants, his focus on nature and seasonal ingredients, and his meteoric rise to prominence in the past few years.
Rogan's flagship site is the two-Michelin-starred L'Enclume, in Cartmel, Cumbria. He also owns the nearby Rogan & Co; the French and Mr Cooper's House & Garden (both at the Midland hotel in Manchester), and the Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge's hotel in London.
Speaking about the event, Rogan said: "What a great way to kick off 2015. The Hospitality Show is a phenomenal annual gathering of industry professionals as well as those starting their careers in catering. I look forward to my day in Birmingham and checking out the show."
Toby Wand, managing director at Fresh Montgomery, which organises the show, added: "Simon Rogan is one of our most innovative and respected chefs, and, with interests around the country, someone truly representative of Britain as a whole."
The Hospitality Show, a trade event, is set to take place at the NEC Birmingham, between 19-21 January. It focuses on products, ideas, technology, careers, chefs and business insights from across hospitality, including hotels, restaurants, caterers, pubs and cafes.
