The Shoryu Ramen Restaurant Group is to launch a site in Oxford's Westgate Centre in October.
It will be the group's third restaurant outside of London. Shoryu Ramen operates one site in Manchester, one in Fukuoka, Japan, and eight in London.
Executive chef, Kanji Furukawa has created a menu that focuses on flavours and ingredients of Japan. The Oxford site will feature a miso corn Tonkotsu dish that will be exclusive to the venue.
Dishes include: kimchi seafood tonkotsu; miso wafu chicken; salmon sashimi; and Shoryu buns filled with char siu barbeque pork belly, soy marinated chicken karaage and wagyu beef with shiso, daikon and shimeji.
The announcement comes just days after the group revealed plans to open in Shoreditch on Great Eastern Street next month.
The Hakata-cuisine restaurant chain was launched in 2012 by the Japan Centre's chief executive Tak Tokumine.
