Offers of more than £3m are being sought for the Ryebeck hotel in Windermere, Cumbria.
The hotel, formerly known as Fayrer Garden hotel, has been owned by the Wildsmith family since 2004, and was run under management until it closed at the end of 2021.
The hotel sits in around five acres of landscaped grounds with 29 bedrooms, a restaurant, residents’ bar and conservatory area, parking for 50 cars and a detached former cottage which contains five of the bedrooms.
