Rosa's Thai Cafe has signed a new 15-year lease at Bluewater Plaza, the new leisure extension to the Kent shopping centre that completed at the end of last year.
The chain, which currently operates 13 sites as well as one Lao Cafe, will open a 2,500 sq ft restaurant at Bluewater in August.
The announcement comes days after global private equity firm TriSpan acquired a majority stake in the Thai restaurant group.
Robert Hardie, portfolio director at Landsec, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: "Guests at Bluewater have told us for some time that they would like to see Thai cuisine offered as part of our dining options.
"We have seen strong demand for space in the plaza and we know Rosa's Thai Cafe will be a popular addition."
Shelley Sandzer acted for Landsec and Rosa's Thai dealt direct.
