Rochelle Canteen to launch second site at the Institute of Contemporary Arts

Margot Henderson and Melanie Arnold are to open a second Rochelle Canteen at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), London, next month.

The first Rochelle Canteen opened in Shoreditch in 2006, within an old Rochelle School yard.

Rochelle Canteen Shoreditch chef Ben Coombs will head the kitchen, while the bar will be run by Arnold's son Fin Spiteri.

Menu items include: pumpkin soup; braised cuttlefish and fennel; quail escabeche; pheasant and trotter pie; and an Old Spot pork chop with chard and lentils; roast beetroot, red onion, soft boiled egg and spinach.

A wine list will be available alongside cocktails and beers. An all-day bar menu will offer snacks such as pork belly, kimchi buns and cheese toasties.
