Chef-restaurateur Richard Corrigan has revealed plans to open another London restaurant, this time in Camden Basin’s Hawley Wharf.
Speaking to the Irish Independent, he said: “We have about 120 seats on the roof and about 50 outside on the terrace. We don’t want to be too up our own bottoms. It is all about great food – bakery, smokery, craft beers – and it is going to be something really very special.”
The unnamed restaurant is expected to open next April and will join the chef's other sites Bentley's in the West End, Corrigan's in Mayfair and Daffodil Mulligan in Shoreditch.
Existing Hawley Wharf operators include Rudie's Jerk Shack, Baozilnn, Mikos Gyros and PittaBun.
