Revolution Bars hires former Las Iguanas property boss

Revolution Bars Group has appointed Nick Clarke to manage property strategy as the firm aims for six new sites a year.

Prior to joining the 73-strong bar and casual dining group as acquisitions and estates manager, Clarke was property director at Bistrot Pierre and before that he was head of property at Las Iguanas, now owned by the Casual Dining Group, for five years.

Clarke will be responsible for all aspects of the firm's property strategy, including acquisitions, construction, estate management, maintenance and facilities.

Revolution Bars Group is targeting six new site openings each year for its Revolution and Revolución de Cuba brands.

A new Revolución de Cuba opened in Birmingham this month, with another set for Newcastle upon Tyne in June.
