Restaurant Associates secures contract with Hinxton Hall Conference Centre

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, has secured a new contract with conference and events venue Hinxton Hall Conference Centre in Cambridge.

The venue sits in a hundred-acre estate bordering the River Cam and is part of the Wellcome Genome Campus, home to some of the world's leading institutes and organisations in genomics research. It has heritage rooms and contemporary spaces designed for collaboration and learning.

Restaurant Associates will develop the food and service offer by launching new menus, implementing technologies and introducing its customer service training programme, SHINE.

New menus will showcase plant-forward dishes designed by head chef Chris Daniel supported by Steve Groves, winner of the Craft Guild of Chefs' National Chef of the Year competition in 2019.
