Visitors to this year's Independent Hotel Show will be able to find out what makes the perfect hotel bedroom.
A survey carried out to determine what guests want from a hotel bedroom in terms of furnishings, lighting, technology and much more, is being used to inform the creation of the ideal room, built to scale by Harriet Forde Design.
Leading hoteliers, journalist and thought-leaders will be involved to "get in-bed" to share their opinions with the audience about what has been created.
Now in its sixth year, the Independent Hotel Show is open for registration. The show will be held on 17 and 18 October at Olympia London.
In addition to the presence of more than 300 exhibitors, from guest room amenities to interior design agencies and technology suppliers, there also will be a seminar programme of over 30 events.
The show will also feature the presentation of the Independent Hotelier and Outstanding New Hotel awards, which last year were won by the Laslett hotel, London, and Kate Levin of the Capital hotel, London, respectively.
Miranda Martin, event director at Independent Hotel Show, said: âThe 2017 Independent Hotel Show offers everything the independent, luxury and boutique hotelier needs to help inspire and develop their business.
âAs with previous years we have secured an exceptionally strong line-up of industry experts and exhibitors, proving how invaluable the show is to all areas of the sector. We are particularly excited to be revealing such an insightful and potentially controversial feature in The Perfect Hotel Bedroom and look forward to feedback from visitorsâ
