Rational’s programme of online events for care homes aims to support businesses with advice on increasing menu diversity and how to prepare for a variety of special dietary requirements.
The Rational chefs demonstrate how multifunctional cooking systems can increase a care home’s productivity, reduce cooking times and produce consistently high-quality results. In addition, Care Home Live will briefly cover Rational’s ConnectedCooking platform, showing how it maximises operational efficiency.
“Our online events are a hit with customers,” said Adam Knights, marketing director at Rational UK. “The format allows participants to experience the cooking systems, albeit virtually, and is a very efficient use of their time.”
The food cooked during the Care Home Live online features a typical day’s menu – including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Highlights for the breakfast menu include porridge, pancakes, croissant and a full traditional breakfast. Meanwhile lunch features lentil soup, cottage pie, macaroni cheese, accompanying vegetables and a pudding.
In a special promotion, anyone attending Care Home Live who buys a Rational cooking system will receive free snack and bake starter-kit accessories, worth £274.
Rational's demos are free to attend and can be booked here.
