Prescott & Conran's Covent Garden-based restaurant Les Deux Salons has closed.
The windows of the French restaurant at 40-42 William IV Street have been covered with cardboard and the menus removed from the front of the building.
No one was available to comment when contacted by The Caterer, and no note has been posted in the window of the restaurant or on its website.
Anthony Demetre and Will Smith opened Les Deux Salons in 2010, selling it to Prescott & Conran four years later.
Prescott & Conran was founded by Peter Prescott and Sir Terence Conran, but documents filed with Companies House show Prescott resigned as a director in January, with his stake in the company transferring to Conran.
Prescott & Conran's current portfolio includes: the Boundary and Tratra at Boundary, both in Shoreditch; Parabola, Kensington High Street; Lutyens in Fleet street; two Albion sites in Clerkenwell and Shoreditch; and the Château Boundary wine club.
