Pip Lacey, Simon Rogan, Nigel Haworth and Matt Worswick are among the top chefs on the line-up at this year's Northern Restaurant & Bar Show.
The show, set to take place from 15-16 March at the Manchester Central, will host the chefs at the Chef Live kitchen theatre, with each cooking their signature dishes, and talking the audience through the recipe and techniques step-by-step.
In addition, everyone who registers for tickets to the show will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win two places at the Chef's Table, where they will be able to watch the chefs closely and taste their completed dishes.
Cooking on the list will be Lacey, head chef at Angela Hartnett's Murano; Rogan, of L'Enclume and Rogan & Co in Cumbria, the French and Mr Cooper's House & Garden in Manchester and Fera at Claridge's in London; Haworth, chef-proprietor of Northcote Manor, Blackburn; Worswick of the Lawns restaurant at Thornton Hall hotel, Liverpool; along with Simon Shaw of tapas group El Gato Negro; Adam Reid, also of the French; Victor Yu of Yu Alderley Edge; Andrew Provan of Harry's Shack, Northern Ireland; and Arthur Quin of the Punchbowl Inn, Cumbria.
The chef's line up has been revealed just days after The Observer food critic and writer Jay Rayner was announced as a headline speaker at the event.
Founded by Thom Hetherington, the show includes tastings, talks, product exhibitions and the annual NRB Top 50 Awards, and the NRB Debate. Last year's event featured chefs including Kenny Atkinson, Michael O'Hare and Michael Wignall, while 2014 hosted a list including Michael Caines and James Martin.
