People 1st launches Apprenticeships 101 guide

People 1st has produced a 20-page guide to apprenticeships to help employers get to grips with the new system and Apprenticeship Levy.

Dubbed Apprenticeships 101, the guide aims to help employers develop an effective strategy to be apprenticeship-ready following the introduction of the apprenticeship levy on 6 April 2017.

“Putting a coherent apprenticeship strategy in place ensures that employers can maximise their apprenticeship levy investment. We’ve produced this guide to help businesses do just that, as well as giving them a detailed understanding of the mechanics of the new process.”

The guide is available for download from the People 1st website and will be regularly updated.
