Burger restaurant Patty & Bun will open its 10th site in Borough High Street later this month, offering a breakfast menu for the first time.
The restaurant will be set over two storeys with an open kitchen on the ground floor designed to support the restaurants take out offering and a 50-cover sit-in restaurant downstairs.
The new breakfast offering, featuring a bacon bun, sausage bun and veggie bun, will be on offer from Monday to Friday.
Owner Joe Grossmann said: "We're beyond excited about Patty & Bun London Bridge… an area that's obviously iconic and a melting pot for food in London! Borough holds a very close spot in my heart as it's where I began my food journey years ago working at Roast, along with it being home to our bakers Bread Ahead, so it feels like we've almost come full circle back to the roots.
"The site is going to be unique, drawing on the different aspects of operation we've done in the past - so on the ground floor there will be a big theatrical open kitchen, similar to Liverpool St - geared towards take away, pick-ups and quick service whilst downstairs with its huge high ceilings and brick walls will be eat in, sit down vibes - more of a James St patty banger with draft beer, cocktails, in a slightly retro diner vibe style."
Patty & Bun London Bridge is one of three 2018 openings for the group joining Television Centre in White City, and Brighton, the group's first site outside London.
