Park Plaza Westminster Bridge crowned football champions at London Hospitality Festival

More than 65 football and softball teams took to the pitch on Sunday to compete at the Institute of Hospitality's London Hospitality Festival.

 

The team from Park Plaza Westminster Bridge emerged as champions of the football tournament after a fierce final against Sofitel London St James.

 

The second place champions were the Marylebone Hotel, while Hilton London Metropole took the third place winners prize.

 

The fourth place prize went to Z Hotels, while Firmdale Hotels took the fifth place prize and the sixth was awarded to Taj Hotels.

 

The softball tournament was won by Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill.

 

About 3,000 people attended the event at King's House Sports Ground, Chiswick, with further entertainment provided by live music, circus skills tuition for youngsters, face painting, bouncy castles and a soccer speed trap.
